It’s hard to argue against once you hear the first notes of his synths. Lone bridges the gap between ’80s funk & soul, hazy afternoons in Los Angeles and House parties in Chicago. His tracks can find themselves nestled side by side with the best in any club. Lone represents an entire upbringing of the last two decades in smooth fashion and it’s captured in every track. He just released his second official full length “Ectasy & Friends” on Werk Discs last November and is an essential artist to watch in the coming years. Upcoming releases include three 12”s on R&S Records, Border Community and Werk Discs mid/late 2010.
