One Love Africa

Oru was/is a refugee camp in Nigeria, operated by UNHCR.
The camp technically closed at the end of 2008, but in fact still about 3000 people live there with no support from UNHCR, ICRC, Nigerian Government and NGOs.
Voice sample is from an interview with Fatim Dollay, the Chairperson Liberian Refugees talk about their situation a day before the UNHCR withdrawal. You can watch the whole interview on YouTube:
